Killed Uniform Resource Locators At Third-Party Autonomous Broadcasting-Forum-Sites

	A very essential boundary condition on site-modification, in the fundamentals of web-designing, is the obvious responsibility of the site owner
	that the URL of any page on the website, either should not change as long as that site continues to serve the world on the internet, or, if its
	not getting forced to get changed is felt herculean by the capabilities of the site owner, should, instead of getting killed, begin redirecting
	to the changed URL of that page on that website; this having been asserted here under the assumption that that webpage on that website does not
	get terminated by the site owner. I have seen firm owners having installed on their office-walls, signs that regret to inform the clients about
	the termination of a certain service; & I have seen firm owners having installed signs near the physical address of the office that they either
	discontinue renting or sell off, to inform the clients about the new physical address of the office.
